Full Brand Print Package & Fleet Vehicle Wraps — East Africa Logistics Company
Posted in :
A growing logistics company operating across East Africa came to us at a turning point. They had just secured two new regional contracts and were about to expand their fleet. But their brand hadn’t grown with them. Their business cards were printed at a local copy shop. Their letterheads had three different versions circulating. Their staff wore plain shirts with a printed logo that was already fading after one wash. They needed to look like the company they were becoming — not the one they started as.
What They Asked For
The brief came in two parts. First, they wanted all their print collateral brought into line — business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, invoice templates, and presentation folders. Everything had to feel consistent, premium, and professional enough to be placed in front of international partners without hesitation.
Second — and this is where it got interesting — they wanted their entire fleet of 14 delivery vehicles wrapped in the company brand. Not a magnetic door sign. Not a sticker. A full vehicle wrap, colour-matched to their brand palette, with their tagline running the length of each truck.

How We Worked Through It
We started with a brand audit. Before we printed a single thing, we sat with their team and documented every asset they had — logo files, colour codes, font names. What we found was a brand that had genuinely good bones. The logo was strong. The colours were distinctive. It just needed consistency and quality production behind it.
We standardised everything into a single brand file set and produced print-ready artwork for every collateral item. Business cards were printed on 400gsm board with a soft-touch laminate finish — the kind that makes people pause when they pick one up. The presentation folders were produced with a custom die-cut window on the front cover, showing the document title beneath.

The Vehicle Wraps
The fleet wraps were the centrepiece. We produced large-format print panels in weather-resistant cast vinyl, cut to fit each vehicle model precisely. Installation took four days across the full fleet. When the last truck rolled out of the yard, the transport manager stood back, looked at the line of vehicles, and said: “That is a company that means business.”

The Full Delivery
- 500 business cards (soft-touch laminate, 400gsm)
- 200 branded letterheads and compliment slips
- 100 custom presentation folders with die-cut window
- 14 full vehicle wraps in cast vinyl, weather-rated for 5+ years
- Brand file archive with print-ready and digital formats
Within six months of the rebrand rollout, the company reported that new clients were commenting on their professionalism before a single proposal had been reviewed. Brand visibility on the road had generated three unsolicited enquiries from businesses that spotted the trucks. That is print working exactly as it should.
